Calling All Coat-a-holics!

I live in Georgia.
And I don't like cold weather. Which generally works out, because its pretty hot here most of the time. Now, living in Georgia, you really don't need a coat but a few months out of the year. Generally speaking, a raincoat and a winter coat will pretty much cover any situation. I am embarrassed to admit that I just went down to the coat closet where I found ten, count 'em TEN, coats with my name on them!!

YIKES!

That is a lot of coats for a person that doesn't like it to drop below 50 degrees.

Lucky for me, my school, The Atlanta Academy is having a Coat Drive all this week! One of the reasons I love my school is that each grade level does a community service project every year. This coat drive is the Kindergarten and Young-5's project and all of the coats go to North Fulton Charities, which I know from personal experience does amazing things in our community.

So, here is what you can do to help:

1) Admit you have a coat problem. (I mean, how many black coats do you really need?)

2) Look in your coat closet, basement, attic, kids rooms, garage, your spouses' side of the closet and find those unused coats!

3) Bring them to The Atlanta Academy by Friday January 15, and hand them to an adorable kindergartener collecting at the door.

4) Come home to a cleaner, less cluttered house and know that you did something to keep someone warmer tonight.

Any questions, give me a call or email!
Thank you!
