Fall Festival at the Academy

Much like the changing of the leaves and drop in humidity, the Fall Festival at the Academy is a sure way to tell that fall is officially here! Pumpkins, mazes, haunted house, karaoke, this Fall Festival has it all! The parents do an amazing job of setting everything up and making sure that everyone has a great time!

This year the weather wasn't nearly as good as last year (it's monsoon season here in Atlanta apparently!) but we still had a bunch of fun! We had some amazing face painters that did some awesome faces on the kids.

This little girl adores PIGS! (Can you tell?!) I adore her blue eyes, pigtails, and overall cuteness! Later in the day she put on fake long witches' nails and told me that she was no longer a normal pig, but a vampire pig. Of course!

I'm not going to lie, these boys keep me on my toes, and look like they are having a BLAST! The skeleton look was very popular with the boys this year.

Screaming whenever possible is always popular with the boys!

This beauty has one of the biggest personalities I have ever seen! She is too funny and constantly keeps me in stitches! The lips pretty much make the outfit for me.

Plus, she is standing like the Statue of Liberty on a bale of hay waiting for water balloons to come sailing by her. She must have stood with her arms up, focused look in her eyes for at least 30 minutes. TOO FUNNY!

This little one is one of my students from last year that is just a doll. I love her freckles and the fact that you can still see the remnants of her doughnut on her chin!

Doughnuts and face painting. I call that a great day!

Happy Fall!
